The Untold Story of SpesBAS Ecosystem - Part One: A Revelation

Dear SpesBAS Community,

We hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. Today, we are compelled to share a crucial part of SpesBAS's journey, a chapter that has been shrouded in silence until now.

Firstly, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the community for your unwavering support so far in this journey. Your trust and patience have been a driving force, and we are sincerely thankful for each member of our community.

Background:

In February, a mere two weeks after the launch of DBAS, an unforeseen crisis unfolded. Despite having robust security measures in place, our developer, Max Yin, turned against us, demanding an exorbitant sum of $50,000 for the release of files he had taken control of. When we hesitated, he proceeded to hack the entire system, wiping out all SpesBAS Chain files and draining the liquidity pool, resulting in the disappearance of DBAS and ALTO from all wallets.

It's important to note that SpesBAS did have security protocols in place. However, the speed and intensity of Max's attack caught us off guard. Immediate actions were taken to address the security breach and mitigate further damage. Unfortunately, by that time, a substantial amount had already been lost.

Recognizing the need for a stronger management framework, significant changes have been implemented. New management personnel and tools have been introduced to fortify our defenses and ensure that such incidents are less likely to occur in the future. We are committed to learning from this experience and continuously enhancing our security measures to safeguard the interests of our community.

Financial Setback:

The damages inflicted by this rogue developer amounted to over $80,000. It was a devastating blow, and the path to recovery was laden with challenges. We faced adversity head-on, committed to rebuilding the system from scratch.

Dark Times and Torment:

Amidst this turmoil, certain individuals from the top team, including ALTO Co-Founders, sought funds under the guise of being co-founders. While the company wasn't obligated to provide these funds, the management, out of goodwill, decided to assist personally, considering their past involvement. However, when the timeline for reimbursement didn't align with their expectations, they resorted to defamation and spreading false rumors about the team and the company and later escalated the situation by falsely accusing us of scamming $5,300 from him.. This unfortunate turn of events highlights the complexities faced during challenging times.

False Accusations and Formation of Anti-SpesBAS Group:

He is claiming that we scammed him $5,300 which he claimed he invested in ALTO, DBAS and has now formed a group known as "anti-SpesBAS" with a vision to hinder the success of SpesBAS. We want to clarify that We have never scammed anyone. If that were our intention, we would have concealed our identities from the beginning. Our purpose is to utilize this vision to uplift humanity and break the chains of poverty in the lives of many as our contribution to humanity.

In response to the false accusations levied against SpesBAS and its team, it's crucial to state categorically that none of these rumors hold any truth. We want to reassure our community that we have tangible evidence of the events from Bank of America, and we have a pending police report scheduled to be filed with the Miami Police and a law enforcement agency in Georgia. Our commitment to transparency remains unwavering, and we are fully prepared to provide additional proof under proper legal request if needed.

Third-Party Intervention:

Efforts were made to resolve the matter amicably, with a commitment to refund his claimed $5,300 by March 30th, 2024. Regrettably, he chose a different path, tarnishing SpesBAS's reputation in the process.
