### Community Update

As of this month, the public vesting periods are ending. For the private phase, vesting for our dedicated community is starting. The market has been in decline since March. During this downturn, we have attempted various sales. We are particularly avoiding IDO and IPO sales, as all statistics indicate they result in losses. Instead, we are focusing on node sales, anticipating an average market upswing around September, at the end of Q3.

Node sales generally involve low costs and high returns. We believe that our three upcoming node sales (Sophon, Carv, and Lumoz) will yield good returns, thereby increasing our community's liquidity. Additionally, we have eight projects that we have not yet announced.

As a launchpad, we are executing the necessary strategies. Despite all our efforts, including marketing, the platform token APPA has not reflected any price increase, which we attribute to market conditions. Our statistics show that any claimed tokens are immediately sold, a behavior often seen in projects as jitters, which typically leads to regret later.

If there are concerns about our future actions:

- Our new website with a refreshed brand will be ready soon.
- We are eagerly anticipating the launch of the Elastic Chain on the zk network.
- We have established a strong position in the ecosystem and will continue to maintain it.

This month, there will be a significant event called "zk Summer," in which Dappad will participate. We believe this will positively impact the token price.

To date, we have conducted buybacks totaling 312,000 USDT and added an extra 220,000 USDT to strengthen liquidity. Including the total liquidity depth, we have spent nearly 900,000 USDT through buybacks. Although not immediate, this support will continue once the selling pressure subsides.

It is evident that a true bull market has not yet arrived. We will keep strengthening our portfolio with good projects. Please continue preparing for the bull market.

Soon, the ETH ETF will launch and begin trading, which will trigger a process that activates altcoins. In the U.S., interest rate cuts are planned to begin in September, and the U.S. elections are in November.

Barring any major setbacks, everything points to an alt season being on the horizon.
