Тема исследований — изучение некодирующих регуляторных участков генома, того, как они работают и их роли в генетических заболеваниях и эволюции. Из требований — наличие статей первым автором и опыта анализа NGS данных. Плюсом будет опыт постановки экспериментов и анализа данных single cell RNAseq, single cell ATAC-seq, Hi-C и multiome. Основной модельный организм - мыши.
