ANNOUNCEMENT VESTING RELEASE

Dear Wulfy Family,

As you know, we have successfully migrated $BABY and $LEGEND holders into $WULFY. The initial plan was to distribute the migrated tokens in stages, based on specific milestones.

Migration Token Vesting Schedule:

- 20% released after 2 weeks
- 20% released at $10M MC
- 20% released at $50M MC
- 20% released at $100M MC
- 20% released at $500M MC

We already triggered the first 20% release after achieving our ATH at $10M MC shortly after launch. Today, January 23rd, per the vesting schedule, another 20% (approximately 8 billion $WULFY) was due for release.

The vesting plan was designed to prevent sell-offs and concentrated sell pressure, aligning token releases with positive psychological events like hitting new ATHs to support the chart.

However, given the current global market conditions, the shifting meta, and our actual market cap of $1M, we believe the best course of action is to release the remaining 80% of migration tokens in one go.

Here’s what’s happening:
Starting January 23 at 3 PM UTC, we will begin distributing the remaining 80% (approximately 32 billion $WULFY). Tokens will be sent in batches by Benedikt, who will then distribute them manually, one by one, starting with the smallest holders and working up. This process may take up to 24 hours to complete.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

- We never DM you first.
- We never ask for funds.
- Be cautious when interacting with new tokens.
- Always double-check that the tokens you receive are legitimate and authentic.
