-Carbohydrates: these often get a bad rap, but they are critical and the most accessible sources of energy for your body’s systems. What’s the most important is the type of carbohydrate you choose to eat because some carbs are healthier than others. ? ?? ???

-Protein: Well known in the world of fitness, protein is associated with building muscle and primarily found in meat and eggs. However, protein is needed for more than just muscle growth. It is made up of many different amino acids which are the building blocks of your organs, bones, hair, enzymes, and pretty much all of the tissues in your body.??? ?

-Fat: Fats are the most calorie-dense nutrient out there. They’re very important to normal body functioning acting as the backbone to hormones, insulation for nerves, even skin and hair health and essential for a healthy brain. ?

-Micronutrients, often referred to as vitamins and minerals, are vital to healthy development, disease prevention, and wellbeing. With the exception of vitamin D, micronutrients are not produced in the body and must be derived from your diet.

FUEL POP RECIPE!!! ?

We’ve just introduced these to Fuel Good and 2-3 of these are the perfect snack ???

Makes 5:
- 2 scoops PDM
- 1 scoop cookies n cream F1
- 1 scoop dulce de leche F1
- 1 scoop salted caramel or other creamy mix

- add 1 tbsp water at a time and mix until it’s a crumbly combination (not too gooey, a little dry still but combined)

- roll into small 1 in diameter balls and pop in the freezer for 20 min

2 balls ??
90 cal | 9g carb | 9g protein | 4g sugar
