BREAKING: Gunman From Jordan Kills 3 In Israel

JERUSALEM (Worthy News-Telegram)— In rapidly escalating tensions, a gunman crossing from Jordan killed three Israeli civilians at the Allenby Bridge border in the Israel-controlled West Bank, also known as Judea and Samaria, before security forces shot him dead on Sunday, Israeli authorities said.

It was the first attack of its kind along the border with Jordan since Palestinian Islamist group Hamas assaulted southern Israel on October 7, triggering the war in Gaza that has increased anxiety across the region.

BREAKING: Ukraine Uses US Weapons To Strike Inside Russia

WASHINGTON/KYIV/BUDAPEST (Worthy News-Telegram)— Ukraine has reportedly used U.S. weapons to strike inside Russia in recent days, in a move that critics say could further escalate the Russia-Ukraine war.

The weapons were used under recently approved guidance from President Joe Biden, allowing American arms to be used to hit inside Russia for the limited purpose of defending Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, a Western official told The Associated Press news agency.

A witness in Kharkiv told Worthy News that “the windows were shaken” in recent days by Russian attacks and that “it was a terrible morning” for her and her baby.
