As a mindfulness coach, how do I use my wand to become better, not bitter??

1.) Every morning I shower, I envision all limiting thoughts going down the drain. I pray to my spirit guides and angels to help me stay focused serve in my highest and best and count my blessings.

2.) I then take room temperature Spring water (my preference) and charge my water for 30 seconds-1 minute (you don't need a long process here folks). I speak my intentions to the water (watch video).

3.) I drink my water feeling the healing I crave and then lay in bed and blow with my eyes closed and say affirmations as I move the wand in any direction my body tells me. Palms and soles of your feet are important, but I move it anywhere else i need for 30 minutes.. You are not too busy. You can and will. And when you do, you will see why this will change your life.
