Based on On Sept. 29, 2021 ruling in Thurston County Superior Court case 18-2-04658-34, it is clear that Bob Ferguson has been found guilty of malfeasance in office, a violation of state law. According to RCW 9.92.120 and RCW 42.12.010, this means that he is ineligible to run for Governor or serve in any public office.

Under State Constitutional Laws we cannot allow someone who has been convicted of violating their official oath to hold a position of power and influence in our state. It is our responsibility as informed citizens to take a stand and demand accountability.

This has real power and we can hold leaders accountable, peacefully and lawfully.
