I just received a phone call from a Mr Riches from Ballarat police station, he wants to charge me for "grossly offensive behaviour" for organising a lawful political demonstration in Ballarat on December 3rd last year.

Thomas Sewell and Jacob Hersant defeated the state's frivolous appeal of their sentence for defending themselves from communist provocateurs this morning at the Victorian Supreme Court.

This Appeal cost over 1 million dollars. The State had to fund the defence as well.

Jim Roberts was arrested today by the State Security Investigations Unit of Victoria Police (the terrorise squad) for expressing his disgust at the "Grandma's for Refugees" demonstration.

He has been charged with 5 offences including Racial Vilification and using a carrier service to harrass.

Considering the "Refugee Grandma's" were all White presenting, and considering it's impossible in this anti-White system to be charged with Racially vilifying a White person, this must mean Jim was right and that they were in fact jews.

The Security apparatus feels no shame being the foot soldiers defending jewish interests when hordes of disgusting browns and traitors Racially vilify White people on Australia Day, but will act on the offensive when Whites counter protest anti-White demonstrations.

Clearly Jimbo was framed and set up, but..

During myself and Blair’s racial/religious vilification trial the prosecution “proved” that as long as there was intent to “vilify or hold contempt and revulsion” towards other races and religions we were guilty.

Also it was “proved” that even if everybody who seen the video were supporters of us and already held contempt for said racial/religious group it didn’t matter.

I hope Jimbo fights this but sadly the magistrates court level is a “garbage court” and will find guilt.

There is a political expression defence but the funds needed would be excessive.
