*I go out daily to have lunch because of my hectic lifestyle, and on weekdays, I usually have a free hour to eat my lunch. In the past few years, I have visited around 20 restaurants and cafes, and the worst experience I had happened recently.

My colleagues invited me to visit that café, SL, and we went there. When we got in, the greeters welcomed us pleasantly and showed us a nice and beautiful seat. At first, everything was going well, and the café manager assigned one young guy to serve us, but the waiter turned out to be young, clumsy, and inexperienced, and didn't even know the menu well. It took around 15 minutes to order our meal since the waiter didn't have enough information about it. Moreover, the meal was served nearly 10 minutes later than the arranged time. Indeed, it was annoying and irritating since we had only a limited time to get back to our office. Besides, the meal was not as good as we expected. After this experience, I complained to the manager, and without hesitation, he told us not to pay the bill and apologized.

Overall, the café used to impress me with its modern decorations and marketing, but after this, I decided not to visit there anymore. I think that expensive restaurants should learn to hire professionals and provide better service to their clients.#part2#classwork#band?*
