Super long day at Factory. Met with Board members of Phuket Cannabis Association. They are on board all the way. In addition to bringing on the the shops, we have agreed to do the first Kushstock event with them in December where we they are also holding the Cannabis Cup.
I’ll attach a couple videos with us talking with the Chemist. Long but interesting

- Short term requirements
1.Complete Maket Place program and begin searching for Blockchain developers to get in infused
2. Continue registering retail outlets
3. Continue opening Wellness Resorts now that Surf and Sand if complete
4. Begin certifying grow facilities that wish to have access to global markets
5. Continue seeking export requirements for flower and extracts.
6. I’m missing a lot but you get the picture. We’re growing fast and wide.
7.Staking program is great and we will complete unlocking as scheduled with no delay or concern. We will discuss it in AMA tonight.

Revised update from CTO

???We have Just closed the deal with Blow 61 stores. 3 way strategic partnership between Cannawell, Blow, and Paccan. Their team is coming to our facility Wed and then we’re all going to their facilities. We will manage upstream and product development, they will manage flowers and downstream distribution. We will all mutually benefit on export opportunities.

Quick update on 3 Bangkok meetings:
1. Met with the owner of properties managed by Oakwood Suites. Thai family with lots of residential and commercial properties. They want to incorporate cannabis into their mixed use buildings (residential/hotel). We discussed the 5 floor in their buildings (where pool and gym are) as best place to put in a Cannawell Clinic. We would have consistent business from residents as well as leisure travelers. They have some really good properties in very good tourist locations so this was very good.
2. Met with owner of “Blow”, 8 year friend of mine with the largest operation in Thailand now with 61 stores. They have a closed ecosystem model where they grow high quality weed to support all their stores without any outside purchases of flower or edibles or vapes. But what they NEED, is the ability to create medical grade products through multi tier extraction and they have the funding and expertise to accomplish this. What they don’t have is a facility or FDA or licensing and in country support so they acknowledged they are “several years behind”. I think “several years behind” is an understatement but in 1 hour meeting, I caught them up and saved them a lot of time and money and tomorrow morning at 10:00 we will all be visiting the factories. They come with their own funding and offtake agreements so the revenue is net net from the beginning. I will update again after meeting.
3. Met with team requiring 2 tons of medical grade THC (25% THC or higher). We have the proper facility and licenses but 25% THC is extremely difficult to achieve in a greenhouse environment so we will discuss more how to over come this. This may not be feasible so I won’t consider it too much but I’ll still go through the process until I confirm it can’t be done within hour current bro structure.

Lastly, funny enough, I received a call from the other party that also works Paccan Group for flyers and stores etc but they chose a couple months ago to remain autonomous from Cannawell. I still offered support and shared information anytime I could as two things were very obvious to me back then…1. We’re basically on the same team and 2. He’ll never survive without Cannawell and come back to join us so I left that door always open. And today he joined us. Apparently it’s difficult to progress without a infrastructure, back office support, accounting, inventory control, which is what I’ve been building for 2+ months. Now he gets to slide right in there and benefit from my business foresight. He asked if it would hurt his commissions, I said you will barely feel a thing lol. Now we get paid on 100% on everything going through there. It’s like I just picked up another full sales team.

May has been a great month so far, some ups and some downs but overall , we have made improvements and we are now better than before, the community is stronger than before! We wholeheartedly love our community, for that we have made some updates:

1. Staking Program - problem with how it was written to claim rewards and unstake. A fixed reward was entered vs a variable reward after accounting completed. Solution is we will fully fund reward by 25 June and then claim
   And unstake
2. Payout is 46% based on $50k but will take more time to get there
3. Aligned with Phuket Cannabis Association to take on their 367 members. We will provide them financial support, security, licensing, and new product line. We will take their members excess unsellable cannabis and convert it into THC and HHC oils for sale in their shops and globally. They will all subscribe to our Traceability App at $60 per month
4. Our partners in the South, Siam Growers and Phuket Csnnabis association can get us 600 registrations in 60 days. 
5. Received first contract for excess feedstock totaling 500kg. I posted photos 2 days ago
6. Received request for 1000 liters of HHC and 10000 Vape Pens for export. Deposit pending
7. 6 new shops already onboarded and ready to begin carrying our products.
8. 7/11 shops registered with Agritech.
