Her laughter echoes, but it's not real,
A mask she wears, to conceal her pain and feel.

Her mind is a maze, of dark and endless night,
Where shadows whisper, and fears take flight.
She searches for solace, a respite from the ache,
But it's hard to find, when the darkness won't break.

She's not fine, though she says she's okay,
Her heart is breaking, in a silent way.
She needs a hand, to hold and to guide,
To lead her through, the darkness she can't hide.**
