We’re grateful to report, with the support of friendly legislative offices and the leadership of Health Action MA, who tirelessly advocated for our families before amendment deadlines, and meticulously combed through hundreds of pages of budget amendments, we found no concerning language pertaining to our issues, such as exemptions for school attendance, minor consent, etc.

Next, the budget heads to the conference committee, aiming for Governor Healey’s desk by June 30th.

As always, we continue to closely monitor the legislative process for our Health Action MA family.
