😱🌌My struggles with anxiety

When I have to speak in front of people, it makes me nervous. I can't think straight (🟰to think clearly), and then I end up stuttering (🟰to stammer👉speak with pause and hesitation). Sometimes I forget things. In extreme cases (🟰in severe situations), I might get paranoid and think everyone is against me.

Stress is like a weight on my shoulders (🟰feels heavy or burdensome), and it makes it hard for me to concentrate (🟰difficult to focus). My mind gets clouded (🟰I feel confused), and I just can't think things through (🟰think in a logical way). Sometimes I get stomach pains or cramps (🟰muscular pains).

I feel overwhelmed (🟰feeling there is too much), like I just can't do anything. Often I can't see the wood for the trees (🟰can't see the bigger picture👉understanding the whole situation, not just the small details) , and my work just comes to a standstill (🟰to stop), and if I can't work well and fall behind on my work (🟰get delayed), that makes me feel even worse. I get irritable (🟰easy to irritate or annoy) and impatient with things and people, and over a period of time (🟰gradually), my relationships suffer (🟰become strained or affected). I think it also affects my mental health, like I will lose confidence and self-esteem, and I start to doubt my own abilities (🟰I begin to lose confidence in myself).

It affects my sleep, and that in turn (🟰as a result), affects my mood. If I don't get a good night's sleep (🟰adequate sleep), I tend to be in a bad mood, and then I snap at people (🟰speak sharply) or fly off the handle easily (🟰get angry quickly).
