Is the Irish media's silence on Habib Shamel due to the fact that the Gardai (part of the same state as the Irish media) actually deliberately let Habib Shamel escape?

The Irish media were key to helping him escape by not releasing a description, putting other women (including hospital nurses) in Ireland in danger.
