About the Role

- Work with Regression Engineers to improve regression process validation.
- Interview Regression Engineers and understand engineering issues.
- Develop tools in Python to speed up issue classification.
- Develop report & dashboard of regression validation/tracking system.

- Some experience with Machine Learning / Generative AI development in Python.
- Basic knowledge in Data Engineering and Data Analytics.
- Basic knowledge in Database design.
- Basic knowledge in KNIME workflow.

THE ROLE:

- Collaborate closely with the Skills Centre team and users to actively participate in identifying and addressing process inefficiencies
- Assist in monitoring LANdesk tickets and contribute to timely resolutions
- Assist the Skills Centre Director in establishing and refining operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Engage with various teams to contribute to the implementation of end-to-end processes
- Contribute to the design of induction packages for new users
- Assist in developing forms and templates for process standardization
