hey all, some updates from the last two weeks. I want to be transparent about why there has been silence on my part with commissions and owed artwork:

- for over a month I've been unable to get out of a bad depressive slump. my doctor has strongly encouraged me to seek out therapy because of the severity of my symptoms, but it's been hard with how often I move
and my schedule.

- my family doesn't recognize I'm "busy", they think I'm just complaining and that their life is harder in comparison. I'm about to start grad school, three jobs (art's included) and lead multiple projects at school, but they discourage me from dropping any projects because this "isn't stressful"

- my parents' house is going under rennovations, so I need to move everything I own out of this house. it's either throw-away or take with me to school, but I can store minimal stuff

- my current car is too small for my belongings and is now showing engine issues, so I'll have to sell it and borrow my aunt's car until I can get a car that won't need mechanic work every 1500 miles

- last two weeks I've been fighting with banks because they won't let me apply for credit to get a new car, although I've never even owned a credit card. I've applied at four banks and was denied every time for "no credit history"

- during these rennovations, one of the drywallers accidentally flooded the basement. we no longer have any spare rooms to move furniture into, since the basement and top floor will need to be empty for the reno. I've been lifting heavy things with my healing shoulder, and I still have to move my stuff into the new place.

I'm safe and OK. I understand if anyone is looking to refund unfinished artworks which I'll happily do. I apologize for the lack of communication the last two weeks, and the personal vents here.
