Day #1 winter solstice juice feast. I will be starting it off with setting my intensions for the day. I create my day in your mind first with as many details as possible before I rise. Once up I will consume one liter of water followed by approximately 2 to 4 liters of Orange/Mandarin juice.

Hola beautiful beings. As we approach the winter solstice I’ve been inspired to go on a 30 days juice feast (starting Dec 1st) followed by a water fast, minimum 3 days but will be allowing the divine guidance to determine how long. I encourage everyone to start this journey to Switch On Truth by taking control of our ego to be more aligned with our mind body and spirit. Detoxing from the intake of solid foods allowing our body and metabolism to reset will bring clarity and healing. As we know our experience is determined by the frequency we choose to reside in. Let’s take this time and not fall but go within together “to-get-her” and rise through detoxing from the out there world.
