Q1:- I was doing kundalini Sadhna and after 8days I felt a small tingling sensation behind my back is this normal?
It’s not normal, either you are very new to meditation or you haven’t done any Upasana beforehand let me clear one thing Kundalini meditation makes you calmer and it makes you more stable any sort of thing that’s unsettling is not because of the Sadhna but due to your other activities

Q2:- Can you do kundalini Sadhna without initiation or guidance?
It depends what type of kundalini Sadhna you are doing,if you are focusing on each and every chakra and following another pattern that I didn’t tell you in my post earlier I’m not really sure about the results then,but through the methods of knots it can be without any sort of special guidance and yeah ignore the exaggerated stories of people saying that you will see entities and all that’s all a piece of crap

Q3.Can I chant an ekakshari mantra without initiation?
Well I made a detailed post about it but still yes you can chant

Q4.Can I chant Kali naam mantra with one seed syllable?
Yes!

Q9.Can I do Sadhna without knowing any mudras (hand locks)?
In the initial levels yes you can ignore the mudras part however I don’t recommend doing so in hardcore and serious Sadhnas
And if you start infusing the mudras seriously in your nitya sadhna after a while you will feel the small changes in the physical realm happening as well , it'll be great if you dont ignore it
The rule is simple if you want the results same as the shastras you have to follow the steps same as shastras….
