We have a very special Pie Club event on Friday, September 27th at 6 pm with the incredible Jenny Beth Martin from Tea Party Patriots flying in all the way from the East Coast. She'll share a new cool tool to save Arizona from the comfort of our home with relational organizing.

Plus, Merissa Hamilton with EZAZ.org will share the behind-the-scenes scoop on what happened to the 98k voters found to not have proof of citizenship on record and how we can still ensure only citizens vote this November!

◾The AZ Supreme Court DENIED Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer's attempt to unilaterally disenfranchise Arizona voters?

Further, the AZ Supreme Court outlines Arizona law for the process Recorders must follow when it's identified that a voter is not a citizen

◾The Court did not prohibit the steps we prescribed in our Amicus with America 1st Legal to determine citizenship/immigration status

Last week, 16 legislators in the Arizona Senate voted to introduce a bill to repeal the 1977 Democrat abortion ban (2 Republicans - Shope & Bolick, 14 Democrats).

The motion for the new bill BLOCKED public comment, so there's no way to put an official record of public consent/opposition!!!!

Arizona has had this law for 140 years! It's unconscionable that such a monumental life or death decision would be shoved through without any official public comment on the RECORD!

THERE IS NO EMERGENCY. WHY IS THE PROCESS BEING RUSHED!!!

Our State Constitution guarantees the right of the consent of the governed.

Bypassing public comment means we the people never have a chance to consent or oppose this bill.
