THE REQUIEM OF MECH XThe events of the last few days have been heartbreaking. Since the discovery that the Main dev Neko dumped the tokens she was trusted with holding onto the chart rugging it causing a panic sell of the team have been discussing the way forward. And as difficult and upsetting as it is, there isn’t one.

Unfortunately, earlier today, the CA dev changed the sell tax to 99%. We have no access to the contract so cannot undo this. I was forced to do this to stop anymore tokens from being sold and eth stolen from LP. I had hoped they would at least use that funds for a relaunch. However they have decided to keep it Instead.

They can certainly relaunch and airdrop holders no issue however that would require them to trust there holders and they do not so they will just let it go and launch a new token.

For these reasons, and with heavy hearts, this is the end of the road for Mech X. We loved our work. What we had built. The community, the artwork, the tools. It could have been great. For a time, it was great – a moment all too fleeting.

The Mech X bots will remain as is.
