Hippos are as high vibrational as the elephant and rhino. (That's a whole lot more than humans...) Elephants, for example, are telepathic at the cellular level. That's how they perceive; through their every bodily cell. They can feel the energy of humans and interpret their thoughts with clarity. It is a fully immersive, fully body, telepathic experience.
