Woke Judges Defy Constitution In Order To Give Authority to NY Governor to Force Quarantine On Others At Will

NY attorney Bobbie Anne Cox says Governor Kathy Hochul is still fighting for quarantine powers.

After initially winning their case against Governor Hochul and her department of health against their quarantine procedures as unconstitutional, after the Governor appealed, the appellate court dismissed the case as having "no standing". The problem with that is she is representing the legislatures whose authority the governor unconstitutionally stripped from them so they definitely have standing.

There is no limit it seems to what a woke judiciary is willing to do in order to force nonsense onto others.

“This regulation would allow…the Department of Health to lock down any New Yorkers that they deem a public health risk…They could also take you from your house and put you into a facility of their choosing…You have no say how long you stay there.”
