I am asking my students to suggest 5 Malay songs and listen to them before my class tomorrow as I am planning to write a "Song Review" with them. My "all time" best favourite hits are :

A moment ago, I was talking to a teacher and subconsciously, I said this 'in order to pique the interest of students to read and learn....' . Here, I would like to emphasise the word 'pique' in our daily speaking and writing (it is in my trial paper modules too).

Yes, I watched the movie but I have to admit, the review I wrote does not reflect my true experience in the cinema. I dozed off a few times as the movie was too long and frankly speaking, I only like certain part of the movie, especially when they are in the battlefield during the Hunger Games. However, I need to write a good review in my module. 😅. With words like "gripping film", "formidable", "cinematic masterpiece", "Opulence", "Immersive storyline", "Attention to detail", etc : I am able to produce a good movie review. What interested me are the reasons why The Hunger Games is introduced by the Capitol.

The O Level (IGCSE) ESL (English As a Second Language) paper, which was held on Monday, 9 Oct 2023, came out a "Review" question. The paper required international and private students to write an email and an essay, no option to choose. IGCSE stands for International General Certificate of Secondary Education, taken by students in UK, to prepare for further pre-university level study, such as A level. Is that an indication that a "Review" will be coming out too for SPM 2023?

Due to complaint(s), I have no longer access to message to new contacts and many things have been restricted.
