Dear CookieSale Supporters,

We've been brainstorming over the last few months multiple ways to give this project and its holders a jolt of life to capture the market share it deserves. At the same time, we've have been in discussions with a few different teams and projects entertaining a possible acquisition of CookieSale.

The latter isn't something that we took lightly and wanted to make sure that if that was the path we were going to take, we would leave the Launchpad we've put our blood, sweat and tears into, in the right hands. And more importantly, it would leave you, the holders, in the hands of a legitimate team with a tremendous track record.

As of last week, we can confidently say that we have found a team that checked those boxes in the devs behind the $HOLD project!

It's with excitement and heavy hearts that we are officially announcing an acquisition of the CookieSale Launchpad/project to Roger (@memelove111) and his team. They bring to the project a tremendous amount of experience and connections in this space that we believe will bring the CookieSale project to the heights we know it can achieve as the number 1 Launchpad in the space.
That being said, below will be details of how this transfer of ownership will work.

Acquisition Steps + Details ?

✅ Roger and his team will be taking full ownership of the CookieSale Launchpad and it's assets.
✅ $COOKIE will cease to exist and all holders will be migrated over to $HOLD and airdropped their tokens. This will be done in 2 batches.
✅ $HOLD is an ETH token.
✅ Upon confirmation of holders being airdropped, we will be transferring ownership and assets to the $HOLD team
✅ The Launchpad will remain functionally the same, and be rebranded to the liking of the $HOLD team.
✅ $HOLD is not only a newer project with a higher marketcap and more exposure, but has almost 4x the liquidity as of writing this.

We can't thank you all enough for the love and support we've received. We believe this is the best way forward for all parties involved, and it gives the platform and it's holders the greatest chance of success! Roger and his team have experience and connections on ETH. And given the recent negative news on CZ and Binance, we believe this timing couldn't be more perfect for CookieSale holders.
