I don't know about you, but for me, this time of the year calls for less intellectually demanding activities, and more fun.

That's why I decided to organize a short and easy live workshop with Blake, part of the most recent cohort of GLL students.

Shortly after she joined the program, Blake introduced herself to the Telegram students group, also posting one of the beautiful pages she creates combining two of her hobbies: learning Latin and writing Latin.

As soon as I saw her amazing work, I asked her if she'd like to share some of her lettering expertise with us.

My name is Richard, I am Swiss and 71 years old. It was a book written by the famous English historian Mary Beard that whipped up my enthusiasm for this ancient language. I am an absolute beginner but since I am retired there will be plenty of time to get familiar with this precious language. And I would like to add: salve Regina Irene?.
