Our Generative Biology department at Insilico Medicine AI is looking for MBZUAI interns for 2024/2025 cycle. We're currently working on a project related to antibody design and optimization and we're interested in testing a lot of hypotheses on how we can apply modern NLP techniques to improve our current results.

? Tasks

• Text regression using LLMs and classic NLP algorithms
• Single-/multi-objective Alignment of LLMs
• Text generation using LLMs

? Requirements

• Basic knowledge of LLMs and traditional ML methods
• Basic practical experience with NLP/DL stack (pytorch, transformers, huggingface)

? Nice-to-haves

• Background in Chemistry or Biology (courses, hackathons, pet projects - anything related counts)
• Experience with AWS (it's our main infra)
• Proficiency in Russian (most of the crew speaks Russian)
