Forward-looking orders - inventories (blue) for Germany (lhs) and Austria (rhs) went positive in June 2024 after spending the last 2 years - ever since Russia invaded Ukraine - in negative territory. There can't be any meaningful recovery until Russia is kicked out of Ukraine...
