The video above may seem hilarious to some of you guys. However, in reality it is so appalling to see how freaking dumb are some of those government figures. This video is not about how funny the situation was, but rather it is the proof that the level of knowledge of so called “vatanparvar hukumat rahbarlari” is actually so low that even representatives of other countries are being aware of how poor the system in this country is.
