??Waiting for the order: The IDF has finished preparations for the maneuver in Rafah

The IDF is ready for the order of the political level for a ground maneuver to Rafah. If the approval is received, the plan is to be carried out in stages, where the first stage will be the evacuation and movement of the population, then the softening of the area with artillery fire and airstrikes while destroying militant infrastructure, and then the IDF will carry out a ground maneuver to several targets in several ways and defeating the last remaining Hamas battalions.

The first step in the preparations for ground maneuver in Rafah was the withdrawal of the 162nd Division under the command of Brigadier General "Itzik Cohen", which is mostly made up of regular brigades. In its place, the 99th Division under the command of Brigadier General "Barak Hiram", based on reserve brigades, was brought in.

The coordinator of the government's operations in the territories, Major General Rasan Aliyan, presented plans to evacuate and move the Palestinian population from combat zones with the help of international aid organizations to establish new shelter areas, tent cities and increase the transfer of food, water and medicine.
