Here is the next rune in the series. We are almost finished with the first ætt of the runes. If you haven't completed 1-6, now is your time to catch up. I hope all of you are having fun with these and are getting something out of it. The next rune is Wunjo. Have a great week!

Week 6: Runic Reflections

Take some time this next week to meditate on the rune Kenaz. Hopefully, everyone has been keeping up each week with a journal entry. It takes the load off of doing all 24 at once.

Week 5: Runic Reflections

• What obstacles may or may not lie ahead?

• What are your comforts and discomforts?

Take some to think about Raidho. Finding our way in the journey of life is most important. It makes life worth living, and the bumps in the road just a little bit more tolerable.  Write it down so you can reflect on it later as you progress through the path.

What is the point of being a member of the Raven Folk United Nation?

Membership means we have background checked those that are members and ran their names through the federal Sex offender registry.

It is a safety measure for our Folk. To know that when you interact with each other that you know we have to the best of our abilities, checked to make sure they do not pose a threat to you, your child or your spouse. And that we will recheck our members again once a year after that to ensure that if something is on the registry, that we will find it. We have a ZERO tolerance policy. If that person is on the registry we do NOT entertain the possibility of membership. It is denied. Or if found later during a re check, it is revoked.

Our people our hardwired for Tribe. We are meant to live in communities and be a help to each other. Your family comes 1st, then your Kindred, then your wider community.

We do not dictate spiritual practices at RFU. If you honor the Aesir, and you value the preservation of your Northern ways and people, that is who we are.

We encourage and support you individually and as a Kindred. The stronger the individual, the stronger the kindred/tribes. Then so to the stronger the Nation.

I believe there will come a time when knowing we are all out there, Bonded by the blood of our shared ancestry, the living decendents of those mighty, mighty Gods. And United in purpose, will be important to the continued growth and survival of our people.

Coming together to say "My Tribe will stand with yours. That we will hold the line when the time comes to defend our people, and our Folk ways", is vital.

Raven Folk United is the means to building bonds accross midgard. Our ancestors took care of their own but they knew the benefit to alliances and bonds. It is how they flourished, prospered and grew in times of old.

We must reclaim that ability to unite as a nation. To reclaim the pride of our people. To share our knowledge. Our tribes can not stay disconnected and our people thrive. Those two things can not happen simultaneously.

Now is the time to heal old wounds. To shake hands with your neighboring tribes. To find that common ground. Plant our flags in that ground. And to rise as one nation! United in purpose!

The Northern Way: A Handbook has finally been released! The book was written with the aim of guiding Raven Folk United members on their path, the Northern Way, the way of our Ancient Ancestors. The book contains everything one needs to know to get a full scope of the Northern Way without over complicating the subject. There is no fluffy nonsense present just bare-bones truth. No longer do our Folk need to sift through an ocean of literature to gain an understanding or workable approach to the Northern Way. If the contents of this Handbook are undertaken in a genuine and honest manner, the Northern Way will reveal itself as Bifrost, the bridge between us and the Divine, reconnecting us to our long lost Folk Soul. Dare to take the venture?!

THE RETURN TO HIGH RITUAL!!
For years now I have traveled far and on my travels I have individually and independently from any groups or orgs asked certain individuals to partake in a blood Oath to the High one. The specifics of the Oath are for that of those who take it and the ritual is and will be private, but I have decided that on the solor eclipse the first group of Oaths will be gifted up and for what I can imagine has been the first time in a long time such a ritual has took place that took so much preparation and spanned such a distance.
I plan to continue this ritual multiple times if I am fated to do so and hope regardless of whether you took this Path personally or are even part of our Folk Nation. That on April 8th as the sky darkens you Hail the God's with us!
The Raven Folk will release a base line ritual for any who wish to pull their energy with us.
Let this cycle be one of not only great change but intense might as we HAIL OUR MIGHTY GODS as one people united in purpose!
