Many believe that they have to do certain things to be "spiritual enough"...

That they need a collection of crystals, meditate daily or practice yoga to feel spiritual.

But that is exactly where the inner limitation begins, the cage that we create for ourselves.

Only do all of this if your heart really wants it - because true healing takes place within yourself.

True healing happens when you do what your soul whispers to you.

No one else can walk this path for you - not even your galactic family.

You are already perfect - just as you are.

You carry this answer deep within you. Remember your inner strength, because it is immeasurable. Everything else is just a gentle support so that you can live your true essence.

You are a divine being now and in every moment. That is the simple but profound secret of your spiritual journey on this earth.
