In the face of genetic engineering and the age of bio and nano technology we are confronted with the nature of the genetic basis of our existence as human beings. We will soon have the power to direct our evolution through technology. How we direct this process will determine our ultimate destiny. Thus, the great political question of the future is how we will direct our Biological Evolution. Will this occur according the market-based logics of liberal capitalism? Will this process be directed by private corporations and the science they own? Or will a new State-Form emerge that asserts the Sovereign dominion of a Folk to determine its Evolution and Destiny?

Man's becoming Da-seyn is the decision taken out of non-being to 'be' as enacting the final judgment of Daseyn's Boundary Condition as releasement. This is a matter of Man becoming qualitatively distinct from what he has been throughout the First History - the history that describes Man's positing of the One as Being derived from beings. Within the domain of the One Man remains bound to the representational thinking of conditioned 'reality' and of 'truth' taken to be empirical 'correctness' ('objective 'reality'); he is held here in the sway of thinking boundlessly about thinking (Logocentrism) and never reflecting the essence of thought. Such a species of Man is not fit be the Master of the World and has lost his place in it. Yet it will be from the wasteland of the lost that Man will slowly, and almost imperceptibly, become Daseyn, and so finally occupy that vital betweenness between beings grounding himself in the levity of the away-ground. Leaping into this away-ground is what is meant by 'releasement'. On this Ground the Superman will emerge as the founder of the Other History.

Historical Identity is the basis of all higher order and quality of life. Without a historical perspective we are degraded into the lowest common denominator of what constitutes man and become nothing more than a rational animal in pursuit of self gratification and personal advantage. Such is the life of post-modern, Western Man who lives under the reign of the Allied Victory - who is urged to exist in the 'eternal now'. It is only through recovering our sense of history as a spiritual content to which we belong that we will create a world imbued with true value.

"No one predicted the French Revolution in regard to its time or its form. No one predicted the Russian Revolution of 1917, or the European Revolution of 1933, or the American Revolutions of 1775 and 1933. All 'either-or' dichotomies belong to Logocentrism and the history of the One whose horizon we must exceed if we are to become Daseyn and return to Be-ing which has no opposite.

Logocentrism is thinking grounded in beings, not Being. Through the lens of Logocentrism God is the One, but in Be-ing God is the Multiplicity that allows us to be one and so to belong to Being. The fullness of the gods can only return when the One is cleared by Da-seyn.

“The theory of Marxism expanded the concept of ‘tabula rasa’ with the idea that human thoughts and feelings are a mere result of material and economic factors, thus claiming that the only truth was a materialistic truth. God was now matter, and its laws became new Commandments. The doctrine of Marxism offered a paradise on Earth, and out of these 'values' it created a religion of horizontal flatness, thus reducing life to its material aspect.
