Substitcher 202310 finally got it to work on Mac. Main thing was switch from converting subs from pysubs2 to ffmpeg so didn’t need to use two sed scripts that were trouble on mac. Still use pysubs2 for shifting time.

This is what chapters look like. Playlist looks similar. Also had one for searchable chapters but also wasn’t stable so removed that particular script.

This is some next level ridiculousness. I think people who believe this have to be evil to think White people could even come up with this stuff. Just insane. Leave it to the lying jews to leave nothing to the imagination. Satan’s children is an understatement.

Gives you an idea of what the menu will look like (uosc). This is taking me forever to test out shortcut and create them. Partly cuz I’ve been using mpv less than a month so it’s new to me. Yes they are working on next version to have search in playlists and other things but no idea when that’ll come out. This year or not till next…who knows but it’ll be even greater.

A few things I needed it to do which it can with these scripts is select secondary subtitle. Can search and it returns results with (P)rimary and (S)econdary subs. Easy download 480p, 720p, 1080p, etc. from youtube and other video sites and it’ll donwload the one you have selected. Can download subs. Hard to download other languages subs unless you use a config file and I haven’t gotten to that part yet. Can trim video or audio quickly. In just 2 or 3 seconds. Set start and end time. Easier than LosslessCut. Can also do a cut with a hevc (x265) opus 16kbps video. Videoclip is good for mp4 and webm. Webm good only for webm but can also crop. Anyway it’s really powerful and only hard part is installing it. Gonna try to make it as easy as possible for the average computer user.

What else..screenshots to save to hard disk also send to clipboard, set bookmarks, search history, automatically stop at subtitles either Listening or Reading mode. Fast forward automatically till next subtitle. Visualizer for audio content. Dynamic Audio Normalization good for low volume content or stuff that has low volume and high volume.

Main thing though is menu though so people can navigate it and can learn shortcut keys as they go along. Can even keep menu open and instead of hitting ENTER hit Shift+ENTER and it’ll do command and menu will stay open.

I'll finally begin uploading newer content which the last three months just been transcribing all existing audiobooks. Still have some huge ones I'll eventually get to.

Difference with new audiobook channel is all cover images are black for subtitles. I finally finished posting most content. All audiobooks are under 100 hours, max 999 chapters and all have vtt subtitles. Recently got Core ML (just using GPU / CPU on Mac M1) to go faster. It's now 6x instead of 3x so that's good. However, two weeks of computing time wasted trying to figure out the audio segment limit. Think it's 30h 50 mins is max as to before it was 36hours.
