To start, of course, ppusamzmart and I sincerely apologise for everything that has concurred thus far. Moving forward, we will be going to clear and settle everything hopefully asap! After I have cleared everything, I’ll be stepping down as admin as I’ve lost interest in the whole collecting thing completely. But do continue to support Admin Zach!

1. Refund system

For certain orders/sharings, I will be carrying out a refund process (prioritising Ktown4U mirror POB, Enha Hepfive, Elle Magazine).

I will be refunding 50% of the order right now (hopefully I can do so to all buyers if I have the financial capability to do so). I’ll pm buyers personally on here requesting for your details!

On the first of Jan (my next payday), I’ll be refunding the next 50%! However, that will only be for Elle Magazine, I’ll only be refunding an extra 25% for KtownMirror and Enha Hepfive —> As I feel that there were circumstances that were not fully my fault, so I believe I should not be fully liable for the refund. Very sorry on this part but my aim is to refund to as many buyers as I can!

There may be other orders that I’ll be refunding some amount for!

1. Mailing

I’ll be start packing orders on Wednesday along w/ other admins and send out add checks (as much as I can I’ll offer free mailing). I’ll be having work from time to time and on those days I’ll only be at home from 12am-8am which when I’ll be sleeping. Regularly I’ll update when I have mailed and when I have work so you can be up to date with mailing.

1. Forwarding stuff at K-ADD

I have just forwarded Makestar 2 and a couple items at K-ADD. I’ve already sent out consolidation request for everything there is at the k-add as well, will be updating once they’ve told me how much it is to ship out.

1. Updates

I’ll be simply updating everything and anything here so that everyone can see it and it’ll be easier. On days that I have work, please do not expect me update much as I work in a job where there are always customers to tend to and more importantly watching over the safety of kids , hence I will be unable to check my phone and reply! I do have an hour break but I only can reply so much while getting rest and food!

From now on, please do not message my other phone number or tele account because the message will not be seen by me or will be drowned out due to work notifications.

I’ll be starting to pm buyers so look out for that!
