Muhammad Bin Abdul-Wahab said :

–

“We make Takfeer of the one who justifies Shirk for the people, or uses specious arguments for its permissibility. And also of the one who defends with his sword those scenes where in partners are worshipped besides Allah..”

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله:

"Whoever finds their joy in Salah in this life, will find their joy in being close to Allāh in the Hereafter, and will also find his joy in Allāh in this world. Whoever finds his joy in Allāh will be content with everything, and whoever does not find his joy in Allāh, will be destroyed by his feelings of grief and regret for worldly matters."

Do not waste your energy on the ignorant

وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ ٱلْجَـٰهِلُونَ قَالُوا۟ سَلَـٰمًۭا

And when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace (Al Furqan)

This is as Allah says:

وَإِذَا سَمِعُواْ اللَّغْوَ أَعْرَضُواْ عَنْهُ

And when they hear Al-Laghw (evil or vain talk), they withdraw from it. (28:55)

Then Allah says that their nights are the best of nights, as He says:

وَالَّذِينَ يَبِيتُونَ لِرَبِّهِمْ سُجَّدًا وَقِيَامًا

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله:

"When the heart becomes agitated and restless, there is nothing that can bring tranquillity to it except for the remembrance of Allāh."

{بدائع التفسير ٨٨/٢}

a seat of truth

indeed, the remembrance of Allah عز وجل difficulties ease.

hardships becomes lessened, trials become lighter.

So what is the remembrance of Allah upon the complex except it becomes humble.

upon difficult except it becomes easy and upon trails except it becomes lighter.

and harshness except it goes away and uneasiness except it flows away.

Allah عز وجل mentioned happiness after tribulations,  easiness after hardships and happiness after anxieties.

ibn qayyim, wabil al sayib

The happy one is the one who seeks forgiveness from his faults and is patient upon tribulations just as Allah said: "So be patient, [O Muhammad]. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth. And ask forgiveness for your sin"

ibn Taymiyyah, Majmu al fatawa

•
قَالَ يَحْيَى ابْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ :

يُفْسِد النَّمَّام وَالْكَذَّاب فِي سَاعَةٍ
مَا لَا يَفْسُدُ السَّاحِر فِي سَنَةِ

[ قُرَّةَ عُيُونِ الْمُوَحِّدِين ? ] ‌‌

Yahya Ibn Abi Katheer رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ said:

The slanderer and the liar corrupts in an hour that the magician does not corrupt in a year

?Qurrathu a'yunuil muwahhidhin
