Genuine question everybody... my Aunt just passed away yesterday, heart attack and blood clots, my Uncle last November with aggressive turbo cancer, I've lost 4 people in 1 year... I warned them all... no one listened... how are you all coping? I'm struggling today and very overwhelmed with feels

Recovering from losing all 5 of my children 7 years ago, I now know that I need to move forward from depression to recovery. It is difficult. Positivity is welcomed.
