Lillian Tribe – I have just notified Brad that effective immediately, I am stepping down as CEO of Lillian Finance. In addition, other senior leaders of Lillian Finance are stepping down with me. It is a very difficult decision and one that we did not anticipate making.

I understand the difficulty and weight that this news will have on you. Over the last year and more, we have been here every day, growing along with you all. We’ve all known there were issues with how things were conducted and managed. Yet, we are problem solvers, and needed to see first-hand the variables in play to make this a successful organization. My team – those that I selectively put in place – gave it everything we could. That, I do walk away proud of. We did try everything. We have had what’s in your best interest top of mind since we’ve had the decision powers to do so. Ultimately, there are too many factors that are just out of our control that prevented us from doing our jobs successfully.

Where Lillian’s future is now? That will return to Brad’s court. He has a plan for how he will move forward with his organization, and we wish him well. He will share updates shortly.

To tack on (just a little), our silence has been rooted heavily in the development of utility. Between staking, LYF, and the blockchain, we are spending a lot of time in meetings with developers, consultants, potential partners, and representatives of other tokens and companies that are interested in what we are working on and navigating what it entails. Some of these entities will be very instrumental (and very publicly known) with Lillian Brands in the future.

Is it quiet? Absolutely.

Is it dead? Completely the opposite.

Don't let the price action fool you. It isn't what any of us wants, obviously, not it isn't indicative of what's going on.

Sorry for the silence fam but things are moving in all directions. Just had a great meeting with leaders from very known and established blockchain/crypto company. They heard our “pitch” and provided some clear pathways for us to gain their support. It is a win for this team as now this gives us a clear pathway on what we need to do to blow this out exponentially.

I understand the token is not “moving” right now but it will. We’re building a legitimate healthcare company, I’m sorry if that doesn’t sound exciting. However, it is the truth. I will reach out to some of you to hear your ideas though as I understand there are things we are not seeing. We WILL do this, together.

Also, no, our first utility will come out in 2024, not 2025. We have an idea of when in 2024 but we’re keeping that close, with our other new friends.

I’m going to implore you all to listen to @MaxLock91 and @Tequila_Pete space from yesterday. They articulated on what the focus is right now. While simultaneously continuing the progress of the much larger utility – our blockchain.

Here’s a quick snippet of background info: When I became involved in the blockchain conversation shortly after the June event, somethings just didn’t make sense to me. I also knew this isn’t my strength but as COO I needed to have an understanding on what were building. So, I went out and brought in people that speak this language daily – Maxlock, Tequila Pete, and Cody. Yea, Cody, you all forget he’s a first responder and his insights into how first responder data gets moved, tracked, and processed in real time has been key to some elements of our builds. Together, they all shared the same sentiments as me and then we started pushing for a different direction, specifically one that solves the trilemma.

Given the time that has elapsed since launch, we as this new blockchain team made a choice to work and develop two utilities specific to the medical blockchain wheelhouse in parallel with one another. One short term and one long-term. Short term utility will give us the opportunity to understand and inform our long-term build with tangible data. I’m sorry but I operate and make decisions based on what the data tells me and so does this team. I’m not going to go into the details of any of it because that will be for Maxlock and Tequila to share. All I will say right now though is that the short-term build and its framework, I’m already pitching.
