This is my version and I swear by it especially in the winter months:

GINGER SHOT, Version 2
My recipe for 1 week amount.

8 T lemon juice
1/4 t Cayenne pepper
1 t Tumeric
2 1/2 t Ginger
6 T Apple Cider Vinegar
6 T Honey

Refrigerate
2 Tablespoons every morning before breakfast in a cup of warm water.
