The two young Islamists are said to have arranged to meet and discuss a terrorist attack on a Christmas market or a synagogue in Cologne. According to information from WDR, they will be brought before the judge today.

The video appeared in a Telegram group of young Islamists - and apparently put the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) on alert.
