እንዳለመታደል ሆኖ፥ የኢኮኖሚስቶች እና ያይዶል ዳኞች አማርኛ ምንም አይገባኝም፤
ትናንት አንድ አንጋፋ ኢኮኖሚስት በሚድያ ቀርቦ “ ብር ዋጋ እያጣ ስለሆነ ገንዘባችሁን እቃ ላይ አስቀምጡ ” የሚል ምክር ለገሰ፤ ምክሩን ሰምቼ አምስት መቶ ብር ሞሰብ ላይ አስቀመጥኩ፤ በሁዋላ ሳጣራ ለካ እቃ ግዙበት ማለት ነው፤

አንዱ ደግሞ “ ከዚህ በሁዋላ የኢትዮጵያ ብር ዋጋ ስለማይኖረው ግብይት የሚካሄደው በምርት እና ባገልግሎት ልውውጥ ነው” ሲል ተናገረ፤ ይሄ እንኳ ግልጥ ሆኖልኛል፤ የተቀቀለ እንቁላል ሰጥተህ የተቀቀለ በቆሎ ትቀባለለህ፤ በኪራይ ቤት የምትኖር ሀኪም ከሆንህ የቤት ኪራይ በብር አትከፍልም፤ በምትኩ፤ የአከራይህን ቤተሰቦች በታመሙ ቁጥር በነጻ መድፌ ትወጋለህ፤ አሁን እኔ፤ ምሳ ካሰኘኝ ለሬስቶራንቱ ባለቤት አንድ አጠር ያለ ወግ አነብለታለሁ፤ በለውጡ ድርቆሽ ፍርፍር ያዝዝልኛል ፤

ከዚህ በላይ ምን እፈልጋለሁ ዠለስ? ከተኩስ ልውውጥ ወደ ሸቀጥ ልውውጥ መሄድምኮ መሻሻል ነው!

Writing code at work is easier than writing code for school.

In school I remember trying to just quickly get my program working.

Taking every hack and shortcut to get it to work.

Writing it felt easy. But a week later id totally forget everything I wrote and couldn't maintain it at all.

Writing code for big tech was much easier in the long run.

It was easier because there was an extremely high bar for simplicity and maintenance.

School teaches you how to write code that works for you.
