The Kochi Pack deserves to hear the truth about what happened since Kochi launched. The truth is stranger than fiction: We simply fucked up our marketing, two key founders left in the worst way possible, and our internal organization was a mess. Our Co-CEO who was also on our marketing team had family issues and dragged his Kochi departure for a month. Our CMO tried almost all experimental Asian marketing which completely failed and then also dragged his Kochi departure for a month. Nothing nefarious happened... Almost all Kochi team members are still holding at a huge loss or sold at a loss.

Everyone, including the Kochi Team, is pissed off and shocked at what happened after launch. We analyzed everything we did wrong and spent the past 2+ weeks fixing all those issues for our upcoming ETH launch.

Our new plan revolves around meme marketing which includes ETH influencers, heavy Twitter marketing, and organic marketing. The new Kochi website will focus mostly on the Kochi meme and after launch we’ll start introducing utilities.

- @cfi001 our new social media poster who worked with STEP and others
- @t1lln will manage new social media virtual assistants
- @MatoMag will handle marketing analytics

- @andrew_neoverse, @Involuted and others who trade new ETH tokens daily are consulting the marketing team
- New Kochi artists who will help with the Kochi meme branding including merch, 8-bit Kochi & more
- We're now interviewing outside marketing teams for possible consulting
