Huge victory for the America First National delegates from the South Carolina First congressional district!!! They won the appeal!
The RNC confirms Lauren Martel and Keith Blandford should be seated as the duly elected national delegates and Olga Blandford as alternate national delegate at the 2024 RNC convention This decision was made by the official RNC Contests Commitee published June 28 2024 - this official ruling sent a strong message to the scgop chair Drew McKissick - the ruling concluded current scgop leadership had failed to properly follow the scgop rules pertaining to national delegates by trying to disenfranchise and unseat duly elected national delegates.
The RNC found rule scgop rule 16c had not been violated by the America First Delegates Lauren Martel and Keith and Olga Blandford. Therefore scgop actions concerning these properly elected delegates was an error
The ruling states:
VI. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the foregoing analysis, the Committee recommends that Keith Blandford and
Lauren Martel should be seated as national delegates and Olga Blandford as an alternate delegateat the Republican National Convention.
