Just a short clip of me on Tuesday morning, gripping the dumbbell—not too heavy, but heavy enough to set my arms ablaze. This time, I was determined to reach a thousand lifts, but I must admit, I fell short, managing only seven hundred and fifty-six. My breaths grew heavier with each rep, and the weight of fatigue pressed down on me, but I pushed through, one lift at a time. By the end, I was utterly spent, drenched in sweat, and aching all over. Was it worth it? Without a doubt. Proud? Even more so.
