I was rewatching part of the now-famous documentary about tabletop simulations of pandemics, or of terrorist attacks using infectious agents, made by German investigative journalist, Paul Schreyer.
25 years of rehearsal preceded covid in 2020. These events provide an explanation of how it was that precipitation of the steps necessary to take most of the economies of at least The West into lockdown.
A comment below the video prompted me to look at Paul’s own investigations into 9/11. Not an event I’ve looked into as I bring nothing unusual into such a review.
I wanted with this post to

2. Point out sonething I simply didn’t know: that, on the very morning of 9/11, there was a wargame going on in the area that involved a virtual hijacking of an airliner. That’s a helluva coincidence.
Did you know that in London, on the morning of 7/7, there was also a wargame going on, that involved bombing the underground system? Taken together, I would say it’s impossible to accept this amount of simultaneity as coincidence.
