- ከዚህ በፊት ንግድ ላይ የሰሩ ቢሆን ይመረጣል፡፡
-በጣም ጥሩ የንግግር ክህሎት ያለው/ያላት
-በተናጥል እና በቡድን የመስራት ችሎታ ያለው/ያላት
-ተናግሮ ማሳመን የሚችል/የምትችል።
ችግሮችን የመፍታት እና ቅሬታዎችን የመፍታት ችሎታ ያለው የላቀ የመደራደር ችሎታ።
