وَيَنثَني وَسِنانُ الرُمحِ مُختَضِبُ
إِن سَلَّ صارِمَهُ سالَت مَضارِبُهُ
وَأَشرَقَ الجَوُّ وَاِنشَقَّت لَهُ الحُجُبُ

فَتىً يَخوضُ غِمارَ الحَربِ مُبتَسِماً
