We are thrilled to share that Derby Stars is now backed by some of the best web3 investors and partners in the world!
We are going to build a genre defining web3 game!!

Derby Stars is a horse racing metaverse game where players can breed, grow, build and trade on the Terra blockchain. So far we have been supported by UNOPND, a startup studio backed by Hashed that incubates innovative metaverse and NFT applications.

The purpose of the raise is to:
- Achieve the highest game quality leveraging the additional resources
- Recruit development/business/community team members to scale our operations
- Build strong partnerships essential for our expansive metaverse ecosystem

The round was co-led by Patron and Galaxy Interactive with early backer Hashed, as well as Arrington Capital, Jump Crypto, Alan Howard, Mechanism Capital, SkyVision Capital, Taureon, Lunatic Capital, a41 Ventures, Coin98 Ventures.

Ecosystem partners include GuildFi, Avocado DAO, Ready Player DAO, Everyrealm, AcadArena, Terra Bites. These strategic partners will help attract players from all around the world, lower the entry barrier, and foster the Derby Stars metaverse economy.
