Not everyone loves Xmas...

For all those who are struggling at this time, my heart goes out to you ❤️

For survivors of satanic ritual abuse and/or MK Ultra mind control it can be extremely difficult coping with horrendous memories whilst the greater community celebrates with triggering symbols and 'carols.'

Xmas carols are often used repetitively in MK Ultra psychic driving torture experiments. Much of the symbology of Xmas is satanic.

I am particularly thoughtful of those parents and children separated at this time by state sanctioned kidnapping.

For those who do enjoy this time of year, I hope you are surrounded by the people you love.
