We have been receiving numerous question regarding to a stop-loss mechanism in Liquidity Farming Protocol.
We would take this post to inform all participants that the current Liquidity Farming contract does not include a stop-loss feature. This means that there is no automatic feature to limit potential losses based on market fluctuations or asset value declines.
Without an automated stop-loss, the Liquidity Farming protocol allows for more personalized and flexible strategies based on individual risk tolerance and market outlook.

Regarding the v2 pool
- Recently we have added 36,000 SAKAI tokens onto our v2 pool to enhance its liquidity and we will keep supporting the v2 pool on a timely basis.
- Additionally, the v2 staking pool pause is solely to avoid any unwanted hierarchy on the system. We want everyone to reap the benefits of our staking platform.

🚀 The pause function of $SAKAI staking is a strategic decision to protect the stability and sustainability of the project. Here’s why it might be necessary:
- Volatility Management: Cryptocurrency markets are notoriously volatile. If the value of the token drops significantly, continuing to distribute rewards at the same rate could lead to an oversupply of tokens, further driving down the price and harming your fund.
- Investor Confidence: The pause function when the pool reach stop loss point can be a signal to investors that the project team is actively managing risks and taking steps to protect the ecosystem. This can help maintain or even boost investor confidence during uncertain times.
- Avoiding Inflation: In a weak market, issuing too many rewards from the pool could lead to inflation within the ecosystem, decreasing the value of the tokens. Pausing can prevent this from happening, maintaining a healthier economic balance.
- Protecting Value: During bearish market conditions, this function can help preserve the value of the token. By reducing the issuance of new tokens, the supply is controlled, potentially mitigating further price declines.

In summary, the pause in Sakai Staking system due to adverse market conditions is a proactive measure to ensure the long-term health and stability of the project

🚀 During this period, we will also plan for more innovative features to enhance the v2 staking pool such as increasing the monthly support, enhancing the platform and other strategies too.

Along with that, we will be launching a new large scale marketing campaign solely aimed for attracting more leads to our staking platform. Our marketing team is preparing for the campaign which will be released soon.

🚀 Unlike V1, V2 has a higher gap of 800,000 tokens, which means we have kept a highly safe margin to ensure that the pool reaches a sustainable mark as soon as possible. As we have recalled earlier, there won’t be a claim limit like in V1.

📢 Important Announcement: Sakai Staking V2 Reward Claiming

Dear Community,

We would like to inform you that Sakai Staking V2 rewards claiming feature will be temporarily paused if the number of $SAKAI token reaches the designated stop-loss threshold. As we all know, our contract always has automatically pause claiming for the staking platform once the value of the staking pool goes down to a certain point and resume after the pool get up to a more stable number.
This measure is in place to protect the pool's integrity and ensure the sustainability of the rewards program. We have learned from V1, so when designing the smart contract for V2 we made the gap between the stop-loss point and the resuming claim shorter. This could protect the integrity of the pool, prevent further depletion, maintain the token price and especially this allows you back to claim sooner

What You Need to Know:
Stop-loss threshold: 800,000 $SAKAI
Duration: The pause will remain in effect until the number of token in V2 staking reaches 1,200,000. We will update you as soon as the pool stabilizes.
Next Steps: We will have more measures to enrich the number of tokens in V2 staking pool so that you can enjoy the claim rewards.
